Bubble Tea Material (Taiwan):

  • 4 tablespoons of sago flour or tapioca
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate flavored nutrijell
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • sufficient water

Bubble Tea (Taiwan):

  • 200 ml of water
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar

Bubble Tea Material (Taiwan):

  • 1.5 L of water
  • 1/2 can of white skm
  • 2 tablespoons Thai tea
  • 50 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 can of evaporated milk (Carnation)


  • Prepare Boil Sauce ingredients soaking bubble until the sugar melts, then set aside
  • Material for making bubbles: mix sago, cocoa powder, salt, nutrients and sugar, add enough water until it can be kneaded. Shape like a marble seeds (small) and then boiled until it floats.

  • Thai milk tea: Prepare a pot of boiled water until it boils, then turn off the heat, add the tea powder, cover the pan for about 15 minutes. After that strain the tea.
  • Filtered tea water, sugar mixed, evaporated milk sweetened condensed milk then Stir well, cool. If the water is not hot, it's cold in the refrigerator.
