  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed or finely-minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
