Greek Ala Grilled Shrimp Recipe

  • 350 gr of pacet shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dill leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped


  • Then cut off the back of the shrimp and clean it.
  • Season with 1/2 part lemon juice and salt.
  • Add black pepper, dill leaves. oregano and parsley. Stir until evenly distributed, then set aside 10 minutes for the seasoning to infuse.
  • Preheat the toaster, rub with enough oil. Grilled shrimp while turning until cooked. Lift.
  • Serve with butter rice, stir-fried chicken, chili paste and crackers.


Butter rice is made by heating butter, sautéed onions and frozen vegetables such as carrots, peas and sweet corn.
