I’m happy to share the Carolina Panther Punch with you after the Panthers went 15-1 this season (!!!!). We’ll need to sip this scrumptious punch together to cheer them on through the playoffs and hopefully to the Super Bowl. Suitable for tailgating and watching gatherings. I went to the game on Sunday and it was great! My high school friend assisted me with these shots. Her lovely face is shown above.
The recipe below makes a big batch. A group’s worth. But how many it serves depends on your gathering. My mom probably doubles it for tailgating, and it serves 10-12 people per batch – some with more, others with less glasses.

Ingredients
- 375 ml Blue Curacao (half of a 750 ml bottle)
- 1 L Mango Vodka
- 1.75 L Lemonade (my mom uses Simply Lemonade)
- 12 oz can Sprite
- lemon slices, optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or jug. Serve cold with lemon slices, if desired.
